Refund policy
Due to the nature of contect, all sales are final. When purchasing from Emerald & Ink, customer agrees to follow return/refund policies in place by Emerald & Ink.
If an item arrives in a damaged or unusable condition when delivered, customer must notify Emerald & Ink by email (emeraldandink@gmail.com) of damage within 7 business days of delivery. Notification must include order number, date delivered and include photos of damage proof.
If Emerald & Ink deems products still in usable condition, no refund or replacement will be sent. If products are damaged beyond use, a replacement of damaged items only, will be sent within 5 business days.
Emerald & Ink and customer will agree upon said rectification by email.
